Tropical Escape Smoothie Recipe
A thick raw smoothie blend topped with coconut and walnuts for added nutrition! Smooth to the palette, refreshing to the body. Great smoothie for mornings! Add in a cup of fresh kale or spinach for a dose of green power!

- 4 small-medium frozen bananas
- 2 medium naval oranges
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut, optional
- 1 tbsp walnuts, optional
- 2 dates pitted
- 1 cup filtered water
- Peel oranges.
- Blend together frozen bananas, peeled oranges, dates and water. Blend until smooth!
- Pour into glasses and top with coconut and walnuts. Enjoy!
Optional: For a nut-free recipe leave off the walnuts.
